David Marsten, LCSW, received his BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley and his MSW from UCLA and has been interested in Narrative ideas for
more than 20 years. After working with children and teens in both hospital and school settings, he spent several years at Jewish Family Service of Santa Monica, initially as director of Youth and Family Programming, and then as Director of Clinical Training. As Director of Miracle Mile Community Practice, since 1998, he has worked to develop social justice programming with community partners. He has taught at the graduate level for many years and is currently adjunct faculty at
both USC and Pepperdine University. He has published articles on Narrative
Practice, presented in the U.S., Canada and Europe and is in private practice. |
